Last January, the Gang went for a trip to the south of Cebu. First we went to see the Gentle Giants (Whale Sharks, locally known as
Butanding or
Tuki) in Oslob. Truly, it was humbling experience to be surrounded by such magnificent creatures.

After which, the Gang headed to the Boljoon Church. The Church was built in the 18th century by the Augustinian Friars. It is said to be the oldest remaining stone church in Cebu. It has been declared as a National Historical Landmark by the National Historical Institute in 1999, and declared by the National Museum as a National Cultural Treasure the following year.

After taking photos in Boljoon, the Gang had lunch in Argao, then headed to Obong Spring. The place is easily accessible to tourists & locals alike. It was the perfect way to end a great trip.
